I understand that it will be my responsibility to provide any necessary tent, table, chairs, and/or lighting for my booth (Electricity will not be provided). Security for items in vendor booth is solely the responsibility of the vendor. A booth space will be assigned to the vendor upon receipt of this form and a check in the amount of $100. Vendor will be assigned a specific booth location in the Vendor Fair at least one week prior to event. The rental fee is non-refundable. Vendor certifies by signing below that they also meet all applicable local, state and federal laws governing their business.
The event dates and hours are TBD Summer 2024.
